Appointment fees are displayed before booking.

Appointments may be cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time.

Refund eligibility depends on timing and service status.

No refunds are issued for completed consultations.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 5 working days for the funds to be returned to the card with which you paid

Exceptional circumstances are reviewed case by case.
